 Sand Blasting For
3D Emphasis
greenbar.gif

Our ability to precisely cut vinyl materials allows the creation of sand blasted or etched, true 3D signs. A vinyl mask is applied to the areas to be protected and the surrounding detail is sand blasted to yield the relief detail. High density sign board is the base material generally used for sand blasting.

In the Tavern sign underneath, the text, rings, icons, and the outer edge were masked. The entire face was sand blasted to create the surrounding depth. The blasted area was then painted and the mask removed.

A uniquely stylized work.

UNITY PLAQUE

Granite has been sand blasted to provide the base for the message, here in gold leaf.

The plaque is installed at the foot of an American flag pole garden at an upscale realty development.

PATHWAY SIGN

Plexiglass has been sand blasted on the face and the letters routed out to deliver the transparency.

As attractive as etched glass, but, without the breakage hazards and cost.
